This is my second visit with the company HEARBEST. I had a follow up after a week with my new hearing aids. I wasn’t 100% happy with those so I met with Dr. Elizabeth today. What a phenomenal doctor! You talk about empathy she is wonderful. I was explaining everything. I said I don’t wanna walk out without hearing aids. she said we have you taken care of what a wonderful job she did very patient listen to me. It is a great company. I have another new pair on. Ross was very nice. He spent a lot of time with me explaining what is happening with my hearing aids. He gave me advice on what to do to help get them working again and how to get new ones and that new ones may be a better option if mine are older than 5 or 6 years. He was great!!!
I knew that I probably had some hearing loss but I wasn’t prepared for the degree of loss that I had. Hearing loss runs in my family as well as dementia. I was unaware of the correlation between them. The staff treated me kindly and with respect. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have their hearing evaluated.
