I recently went in for a free hearing evaluation after I unexpectedly experienced hearing loss in my left ear and was blown away by the professionalism and care I received at HearBest-Greenwood. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. Ross was very nice. He spent a lot of time with me explaining what is happening with my hearing aids. He gave me advice on what to do to help get them working again and how to get new ones and that new ones may be a better option if mine are older than 5 or 6 years. He was great!!!
I knew that I probably had some hearing loss but I wasn’t prepared for the degree of loss that I had. Hearing loss runs in my family as well as dementia. I was unaware of the correlation between them. The staff treated me kindly and with respect. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have their hearing evaluated.
They made a big difference in my life fitting me the proper hearing aids. Wish I would’ve seen them sooner. Highly recommend to anyone who needs help with their hearing
