I recently went in for a free hearing evaluation after I unexpectedly experienced hearing loss in my left ear and was blown away by the professionalism and care I received at HearBest-Greenwood. Ross was very nice. He spent a lot of time with me explaining what is happening with my hearing aids. He gave me advice on what to do to help get them working again and how to get new ones and that new ones may be a better option if mine are older than 5 or 6 years. He was great!!!
I knew that I probably had some hearing loss but I wasn’t prepared for the degree of loss that I had. Hearing loss runs in my family as well as dementia. I was unaware of the correlation between them. The staff treated me kindly and with respect. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have their hearing evaluated.
My husband has tinnitus and needed to see someone about it. We went to Hearing Solutions in Greenwood. Ross at the front desk was so nice and helpful. Made you feel like family. Elizabeth was very knowledgeable and helped us understand a lot more about his hearing issues. The atmosphere is very cozy and inviting. Super people.
They made a big difference in my life fitting me the proper hearing aids. Wish I would’ve seen them sooner. Highly recommend to anyone who needs help with their hearing
