I had my Hearing tested at Hear Best in Greenwood today. Their office is very inviting and has a very relaxed feeling. Having worn and purchased my first hearing aids from a Big Box Store for a couple of years, I was at a point I needed some more answers as to what was going on with my hearing. Dr. Judy Olson and her staff at HearBest are fantastic: warm and welcoming and very professional. The staff members I engaged with --- Dr. Judy, Lauren, and Ross -- are clearly knowledgable and experienced. After talking with Dr. Judy at length and undergoing tests with Lauren, I was fitted with opticon (brand name) hearing devices. This is my second visit with the company HEARBEST. I had a follow up after a week with my new hearing aids. I wasn’t 100% happy with those so I met with Dr. Elizabeth today. What a phenomenal doctor! You talk about empathy she is wonderful. I was explaining everything.
