Kathleen is very through n knowledgeable answer all questions Not my first visit
Always a great experience at Hearing Life in Willoughby mainly because of the staff - Carmela and especially Kathy. I have been a client for many years and will continue tp be as long as I know I can call and see Kathy anytime I have an issue with my hearing issues and/or hearing aids.
Kathy as always was very helpful. An amazing update installed. Can’t wait to try it at the theatre.
First of all was easy to find, no waiting for the appointment. Staff were friendly.
Pleasant visit. Kathleen is well informed and easy to discuss things with.
