When i first walked in, it’s silly beautiful looking waiting area and the ladies there greeted me and we’re very receptive. The lady who did the hearing test and everything. She was very nice and my whole experience was really good because when I walk into a store to do business I really appreciate the people being helpful and cheerful. I’m handicap and they did everything to help me so I did buy a set of hearing aids.
Office was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
Both Receptionist and Audiologist were super great. Very friendly. Audiologist showed me 3 pricing configurations. And believe it or not I had some small insurance and the non-insurance was actually the better deal. Last time I got hearing aids through the state but had to get a cheap pair that worked okay but not great. I have one sided hearing went deaf in my left ear so need a special hearing aid that sends both sides to the good side. Audiologist recommended the same one I was looking at.
