I love our case manager and speech therapist. This is a new journey for us with our son and they have done a great job helping us to understand how he may be feeling or responding to things. I am excited and nervous about what will come!
It is against the deaf culture. It need to change back to the old name.
The shift to the new name is, once again, oppressive to the deaf community, their visual language and their coveted culture. Obviously not much thought went into picking this name. It may be difficult for your agency to realize that deaf people are proud and may not want to hear. Bad choice!
Am not even excited! One less customer for you!
