i left one of my hearing aids at the Chehalis office may 29,2019..they told me I had to prepay for this and they would send it in to be repaired..it is september 12th and I have yet to get my hearing aid..have called several times just get the runa round...then yesterday got a call back and they told me to call today to try to get this rectified...so I call no answer..left a message that I wanted to be called today but no call..i paid 275 up front for repairs and no response..i will be contacting the better business bureau a... read more
