To say I was not ready for hearing aids would be an understatement. But I knew I needed help. Enter Charlie. Charlie appreciated all of my concerns around vanity and being a 50 year old that thought he was too young for hearing aids. Charlie could not have been more gracious in listening to me and finding an absolute perfect fit for my lifestyle. The South Shore location was the cherry on the sundae for the entire experience. I, as a retired physician, had the opportunity to refer many patients to Hear More Associates while I was in practice and always got positive feedback. Charlie took GREAT care of my sister with Down Syndrome. He treated her with respect and took her feedback into consideration. She had never worn a hearing aid and he made it easy for her and matched her with a great device. He was kind, compassionate and very knowledgable about what would be best for her.
