My parents both had appointments here today. The doctor stated my dad had wax buildup and so he couldn't do his hearing test, ok. My mom's ears were clean, but the doctor refused to do her hearing test and stated they had to reschedule. She asked why they needed to reschedule for both of them since her ears were clean and why he couldn't do her hearing test since they were there and has an appointment.
