Terrible customer service. Although the person at the front desk was friendly and helpful the salesman Brian is a nightmare. Would never let me ask a question without interrupting me rudely. Not once but everytime. My first visit to pick up my hearing aids he sat me down and fitted me with someone else’s hearing aid. After about ten minutes me saying I don’t hear any difference he insisted that I should hear a difference. Then proceeded to show me how to change the battery. I told him I bought rechargeable aids.
