Bad service! They did a terrible service with my braces. The ** that makes the evaluation for braces is not the one who changes the monthly wires. Many times they made me wait 40 min for a 10 min appt, but if you are late they want to cancel your appt and make you pay $25. However, they can be late over 1:10 and expect you to **** it up. After finally getting my braces removed I got retainers. 3 weeks later after a cleaning done at their office, the retainer came off.
