If I could do -100 stars I would. If you plan on renting from this management company do not I repeat do not pick this business. Our downstairs kitchen has flooded multiple times from a broken pipe to a clogged septic pipe. I wish I could post a video of the horror I had to deal with for the past 3 weeks. Vacuuming the toilet and dumping the poop water outside. Not exactly what I planned for after working a 12 hour shift. Do not trust these people. They have shady business tactics and immoral staff members.
Renters beware. The absolute worst property management company I have ever had to work with. We have been renters for 8+ years and I have never been so disrespected and ignored by a property management company. We had concerns of mold/ mildew after a leak that went on for weeks and it took them months to send someone to check it out and when they did send someone they were not thorough and dismissed our concerns.
