Dr.Gurpreet has went out of his way (even when he didn’t have to) to help my family and I countless times. He is a very knowledgeable doctor and has vast experience. The front desk staff and team there are all very friendly. There is a reason Dr. Gurpreet is always so busy, it because alot of patients refuse to go anywhere else for their health related concerns. Worst clinic experience I’ve ever had. I went in to get my sore throat checked and the doctor did a swab test. I was told to call in a couple of days for the results. It’s now been over a week and I still haven’t received them. Every time I call, the receptionists give a different excuse — “the doctor will call you when he comes in,” then “he’s busy,” and the third time I was told “your name is on the list, he will call you tonight.” Still no call.
