This telehealth visit resolved an issue that I wanted to discuss with my primary care physician. The service worked perfectly and we were able to communicate clearly. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who needs help and doesn’t need to visit with their doctor in person. Thank you.
Not my own experience but someone very close. Patient was recently released from a detox facility for opiate addiction, the facility started them on suboxone to help with cravings and they have really helped them. Patient was instructed to follow up with their PCP. Patient went in to see Dr. Lam in hopes to get a long standing prescription for the Suboxone, as the doctor in the detox facility recommended. I’ve been a client of that office for close to three years with Dr Patel. This was my first visit with Dr Liam since Dr Patel left. Within one minute of meeting Dr Liam me and my 14 year old son was disrespected and insulted by him. He treated us as if we criminals and didn’t belong there. And I honestly believe that it was because of our skin color. He even had the nerve to tell my son to not sit so close to him because he didn’t know him and didn’t know what he would do!!!
