Calls are sent to a call center and English is not their first language. I will be switching my business to a doctor’s office I can talk with someone locally who works in the office. As a side note, I did request to talk to someone at the clinic instead and waited and waited and no one answered at the clinic (yes it was during their open times).
I saw Christine Ercoline today and loved her! I really like her approach to medicine. She’s friendly and personable as well. I’m already looking forward to my follow up
