I’m writing this review to share my deeply disappointing and upsetting experience with Dr. Mohammed’s office. I started seeing Dr. Mohammed to help manage my mental health, including anxiety and depression. Unfortunately, when I recently went through a miscarriage at 10 weeks, I had to cancel an appointment because I was physically unable to come in. I first came to Dr. Muhammad in 2020 for help writing a letter related to my medical conditions. She provided that letter, which I still have in my procession. Recently, I needed the exact same letter — simply updated with a new date — and reached out for support. For a job.
