I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received when attempting to schedule an appointment. After calling three times over two days regarding a serious corneal ulcer, I was met with what can only be described as a complete lack of professionalism and basic human decency from the receptionist. If you come here, you might have to wait a while. It’s worth it though because they do a great job and they are very thorough examining your eyes and keeping them in good health. I’ve been to other Eye centers and I did not like them. I’m not close to healthy vision, but I like the Dr. Powers and the staff and I go out of my way to come here.. I thought the staff was very friendly and so was the doctor. I go back in three months. Highly recommend this place.

I will NEVER go back. Two of the staff members lied to me, and that is something that I find unethical. This is a direct reflection on the practice as a whole, and I do not do business with unethical medical offices. Two weeks ago, I went in for an eye exam for an issue I was having. I needed prescription eye drops. "We do our prescriptions at the end of the day." Since the dosage called for one drop per night, that was fine with me.
