My kids absolutely love it here! The Staff is top notch.
I've gone to this practice for 9 years. The staff has always and still is amazing. But...now they've been sold out to a big corporation called Pediatrica and they are absolutely awful. So many families have to switch pediatricians(including me). 9 years! My children trust and love their doctors but I guess money means more than the foundation on which that facility started on. So much for children first, now it's money first thanks to Pediatrica.
Previous billing manager mismanaged our accounts, so I expressed my frustrations (as professionally as possible given the situation) then asked to be discharged from the practice. Despite knowing it was mismanagement on their part as to why we left, when I asked to get my kids back in with a fresh account now that they have a new billing manager, they declined to see my kids because we left. Best pediatrician office in Florida! I have seen all doctors here and they’re all amazing. Our kids saw Dr. Allison and she is honestly just amazing with kids. My daughter was so scared to go to the doctor at first and ended up just loving her. We’re moving and will miss this place for our kids so so much.
We love Healthy Steps and all the staff! Dr. Ana and her staff are all very thorough and listen to the patient and their parents. I could not recommend a better pediatric practice.
