I would never come here again .went in today for a full price , but half ass cleaning by the assistant???? Like what? . I have been dental assistant before for more 8 years , I never used a cavitron machine to clean patients teeth unless certified to do so . That's the doctor's and hygienist job . And I paid cash !!!! I also recently got lots of work done here and spend lots of money .
Suddenly I had a very loose tooth and asked the front desk at Healthy Smiles if I mite be able to see the doctor as a urgent walk in... The receptionist stared at me for about 20 seconds and then said no nothing available until 13 daysfrom now. I replied so the doctor doesn't see people on an urgent basis? She says to me, "it doesn't matter" I'm telling you my schedule tells me he's booked for 13 days. I asked her if there's any chance she could tell the doctor my situation?
