We went here to see if they took Medicare Advantage plan insurance. The receptionist said they don't see adults. But yet that is who we saw coming and doing. So either they do see adults or they do not take Medicare Advantage plan insurance
I had a filling done this morning at 7:30am. First red flag, they scheduled me that early in the morning without even asking me if that worked for my schedule. Which it didn’t. Thank goodness school was a two hour delay. Some people do have kids. The first dentist said I only needed a filling and she could handle that but this dentist was different and she was talking about all kinds of stuff. Referring me out to Romney? For what? Front desk is ignorant , rolls there eyes when they have to deal with you . Has an issue and acts like it’s a problem if you want to reschedule, or acts as it’s an issue if you ask if there is any cancellations . They all talk overly loud trying to degrade the customers and trash talk them . This place doesn’t care about anything get new staff! Teach them how to be grateful. Maybe the working on Saturday should be mandatory!!like they said oh I won’t work that .
This place is terrible, dental care. My daughter went to this so called dentist office for help. Her service was far from professional. She was judged by her appearance, staff was rude each time she went and she got more problems with her teeth. The dentist and dental associates had bad communication skills. It appears that certain people get treated with politeness and others get treated with disrespect. This happened more than 3 times. Trying to be polite as possible typing this . Absolutely the worst customer service and dental experience . I’ve had the same filling fall out twice , wisdom teeth pulled infected and gums damaged . When you call your schedule and appointment the answer as if it’s annoying for you to be in pain from there poor service . Highly recommend trying to find another office .
