My visit with Tamara is always very pleasant. She is a true professional with a caring customer focus attitude. But today was beyond the previous character. I had a very unpleasant experience while on the way to my appointment. I informed her I was not having a good day. But I was smiling and laughing by the end of my office visit, thanks to Tamara. She had me pleasantly smiling in more ways than one. It was greatly appreciated at today's office visit.
OFFICE VISIT/with Tamara My visit with Tamara is always very pleasant. She is a true professional with a caring customer focus attitude. But today was beyond the previous character. Dr. Neuman and staff are wonderful! Everyone is so kind, caring and competent! Dr. Neuman explained everything she was doing, was easy to talk to and put me at ease. Her staff is friendly and took a lot of time to explain the charges for the work I had done. I will dedfinitely go back and recommend Dr. Neuman to my friends.
