Tiny and overpriced you must do 90 meetings in 90 days and the buses really suck bad and you can't walk to anywhere and the incline is always being serviced
No policies, house manager represents anything other than someone who is trying to stay clean. That’s all I’ll say about it Another guy self proclaims that he’s “the unofficial vice house manager” FR the 2 of them will argue over who gets what when someone’s belongings need packed up that are being stolen by them. This place is a nasty house! They have bed bugs for over 6 months, rats running around the back deck, no community room for the women who live downstairs. No cable, pathetic wifi, no house computer. It is filthy dirty. No resource help. They could care less about recovery as long as you have your rent check! The women are constantly being threatened by Johnny of being kicked out for any reason. It's a joke! If you care about yourself and your mental health avoid this place at all costs!
