We LOVED working with Mikki and Andi! We were able to tour homes with them in-person, but did much of our house hunting virtually. Mikki and Andi were quick to answer calls and texts and got us into homes as soon as they hit the market. They were honest and we trusted their advice and judgement! They made what could have been a very stressful process super fun and we would work with them again in a heartbeat!
My wife and I were selling our duplex we had owned for 28 years. We needed to sell quickly since we were planning a multi-month trip and didn't want to worry about this property since I did all maintenance and property management. Ended up working with Mikki and the team she assembled and it was smooth sailing! The property was sold quickly, we got the price we were hoping for, and we no longer had to worry about it. Highly recommend! Brittany was an absolute pleasure to work with and repeatedly went above and beyond to accommodate our busy work schedules by setting up showings or meetings whenever we needed - nights, weekends, etc. She was always very available and responsive via phone, text, or email. She is very knowledgeable about the area and has many connections for plumbing, electrical work, etc. Lastly, her kind demeanor put us at ease, and really helped make the home buying process more fun and enjoyable.
