I have been a pet owner nearly my entire life and I have never found a better veterinary practice than Healthy Paws! They have accurately diagnosed my dogs with a few conditions that other vets in the past had missed. I recently brought in one of our cats for an appointment with Dr. Orth. My first observation was of how friendly EVERYONE was. The vet techs and staff were polite and cheerful. I like the fact that the techs stay in the rooms during the exams. Dr. Orth was very kind,compassionate, and personable. We felt very comfortable and at ease during the visit. I have been taking my dog there since they opened. Doctors and staff have been great. Only problem I had was when I had to reschedule an appointment and was called out for missing too many. I wish the person I was talking to would have been more considerate and asked if there was a reason or if everything was alright instead of being "scolded". Brought in our new puppy who was a stray, very scared... they took amazing care of her.. like I have never seen another vet office do before... I am so pleased with the clinic and the amazing staff they have. I plan on bringing my 3 other dogs there as well.
