The staff is always so friendly!
This clinic seems more interested in "upselling" product and office visits than they are in what's best for pets and their owners. Very disappointed with their philosophy. I found it difficult to get answers and be in touch with the vet who looked at my cat. They seem superficial and unapproachable.
The care is great, especially Dr. Helms, she has taken care of my dogs for 9 years through the good times and the bad times, and not only has she taken care of my dogs but she has taught me so much about training, nutrition, exercising, and socializing my shy dog to help her gain her confidence back. Dr. Helms is the whole package, she truly cares about your pets for their whole life, If Dr. Helms is your Vet then your lucky!! Katie Montgomery
This staff is the most caring and loving people I have ever encountered in regards to my pets. They go the extra mile, are caring and compassion and you can tell them feel your pain when they have to deliver bad news. I would recommend them to anyone!

This place continues to amaze me. They actually care about your animals and take time to discuss ALL options. They took such good care of my cat, Tickle, in her last months alive. It's hard to have a positive vibe in a place where you had to say goodbye to a loved one, but they do everything they can to give your animal and you the best care possible.
