They value money over actual treatment and drug dogs unnecessarily instead of treating it as a last resort. My wife and I could not ask for a better veterinarian. After increasingly very disappointing experiences with a longtime animal hospital we needed to look for another veterinarian. After much research my wife found Dr. Burgess and have not regretted it ever since. She and her assistants actually will get down onto the floor to interact with your pet, never had a veterinarian or assistants ever show how much they actually love what they are doing.
My husband & I brought our dog Bella here and they took such good care of her! Super friendly staff, definitely recommend bringing your pets here.
Went to multiple vets with our cat Sully. We couldn't get any answers. The last one we went to was a bit cold and we did not feel comfortable. $1200 later, we still had no answers and more pain killers for him than I had for back surgery! Dr. Burgess is the best! She truly cares about her patients and their family. I’m thankful she has taken the time to follow up multiple times and see how our pup is doing after surgery. Even while she is on vacation! She is genuine and compassionate. She explains things thoroughly and in an easy to understand way! Sherry is awesome as well! I’m sure the rest of their staff is just as great. I’m glad we chose to take our baby to their office!
Dr. Burgess always impresses us with her skill and knowledge and easy manner. The staff are consistently responsive and helpful. Always a pleasure to work with.
