Be a little more patient with parents that have more than one child. Front desk staff was not very personable and doctor or nurse was a little aggressive.

Wait time was excessive. Was at clinic 2 1/2 hours with only one client ahead of us in the waiting room. RN was very kind, caring, and friendly. Was disappointed with the physician. Found her to be aggressive and judgmental. Perhaps we just caught her on a bad day. She left in the middle of our visit because she had a call from the office manager, and was gone at least 5 minutes. Clean Facility and friendly, thoughtful staff!
My 12 year old was diagnosed with Mono. Took him right away to his regular doctor who said it was only a cold. He was better two days later. The office visit made me uncomfortable.
Nice clean place. Very friendly staff doctor was excellent and didn't rush through appt. probably one of the best urgent care I've ever been to.
Just had the best walk-in experience ever. Walked into Healthy Minors Pediactric Urgent Care... and immediately felt welcomed. Clean environment. Doctor Sonoiki & Tiffany is very friendly and knowledgeable. Got in and out within an hour. And my daughter prescription was called in and ready for pick up by the time I was close to home. Very thankful!
