This was my first time going to therapy 2 years ago. I love how she really put things in perspective for me, listened to me, and helped me really dig deeper into my feelings. I wish I would take her with me everywhere I go. She really helped me to start learning how to listen for understanding and not to respond.
Very helpful and makes me think more about my actions. Gives me great tools to use in everyday life
