I went for my initial visit but only had $20 of my $30 copay and they do not accept cash, so they cancelled my appointment. Should I reschedule? This is the greed that has taken over.

My last day at this office to see my therapist,I had to fill out the card like usual and then take it to the desk just for the guy working it to even talk to me like a normal person. The guy then kept telling the others who walked in that he could just take them there. That literally made me feel so discriminated against bc of the color of my skin. I speak English and literally born here just like everyone else.🙄

If you are uncomfortable with telehealth then I wouldn't recommend this office. My husband sees Edelyn Bishop and she is great, however, he received a call this morning about his appointment today. The choice was either reschedule or switch to telehealth. We choose to reschedule and then we're told there was a $48.00 late cancelation fee. Mind you we were not the reason he couldn't be seen in office today. Apparently that doesn't matter either he does telehealth or we pay to reschedule because the provider couldn't be in off... read more
