Great service and service time I am a new patient at Charles Dental and called with a broken tooth. They got me in within two days. The tooth was broken below the gum line so they needed to do a crown. I was in the office less than two hours and left with a completed new crown. They were very professional, communicated clearly what options I had. The billing was very reasonable after my insurance compared to past dental experiences. I will refer folks to the Charles Dental Group.
I'm new to town, Hadn't even thought of finding a dentist when one of my old fillings fell out. I called my insurance and was given several providers in the area. I pass The Charles group every day and they are extremely close. I called and was given an appointment for the next day. The front office staff and the assistant were friendly and a pleasure to work with. Dr. Charles was the best, he not only filled the tooth, but located the cause and repaired that as well. This was the most pleasant and informative dentist visit I've ever had. I am sure to be a regular from now on. Both Dr. Charles and the hygienist taught me several things about oral care that I had been ashamed to admit I didn't know as a 31 year old man, without making me feel bad about it. They went over each of my teeth in crisp digital images and pointed out problem spots. I highly recommend the Charles Dental Group to anyone looking for superb chomper care!
