Good experience over all! I am thw mother of Cailyn. We always have a great experience! The only suggestion I have is when we first got there, the gal in the front proceeded to have a very lengthy personal conversation with the gal in front of me. Asking her several questions about her kids and such. Now, being polite and engaging in a friendly conversation is wonderful to do especially in the medical field but not for an extended period of time in my opinion especially when someone is waiting.

The Charles Dental Group makes going to the dentist an enjoyable experience, every time. The staff are incredible skilled, and very warm. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
