I had the misfortune to find his company online. He came to my house for an estimate and acted extremely unprofessionally and disrespectfully. Tried to force me to sign the documents in the most offensive manner. His offer was now or never and I said I would have to wait for a few days to make a decision. I contracted Healthy Homes of Michigan to waterproof my basement, encapsulate my crawl space, tuckpoint, and install two support beams under the house where I had slowly lifted the house with jacks over 2 years. They were instructed they could NOT discharge the sump to the backyard and not to the neighbors vacant lot. Ken promised by email he would run the pipe to the rear yard.
