I had an appointment for a furnace inspection and took off the morning from work. After waiting an hour past the appointment time I called the company. They were completely unapologetic and offered no explanation. They only cared about trying to reschedule. I do not recommend them unless you have a lot of extra time on your hands.

I thought they were a great company as heard by other people but had a problem with there rebates they offered me \$350 in rebates and only delivered \$150 in rebates. I talked to them a couple of times and they told me to wait because they screwed up and that I would get them. I called them two months later and then they told me I was never promised them.
