We’ve taken both our girls to this clinic since they were newborns and transferred care a year ago. Overall the clinic has always been welcoming. We’ve questioned the recommendation from the clinical staff on specialist care. We after a tough decision decided to get a second opinion and we were automatically referred to several specialist in return diagnosing our youngest child with speech delay, physical therapy delay and our oldest with ADHD/ADD. I am an MD. I trust Dr Lindgren and the team at Healthy Futures with my own children.
Our first experience was absolutely awesome. The second time was extremely unpleasant. My son and I showed up for apt. 5 mins early. Nurse took us back to room 8, took my sons temp and said ok the doctor will be right in. After 50 minutes of being in a closet size room with a child who has special needs and you cannot touch anything we rescheduled.
