Our first experience was absolutely awesome. The second time was extremely unpleasant. My son and I showed up for apt. 5 mins early. Nurse took us back to room 8, took my sons temp and said ok the doctor will be right in. After 50 minutes of being in a closet size room with a child who has special needs and you cannot touch anything we rescheduled. I’m convinced this is the absolute best pediatric office EVER. Kindest and calming front desk help (Alex) who’s been there since we began, is always lovely. Dr. Lindgren blows my mind with his knowledge and experience as well as his ability to calm parents while explaining steps to be taken with care for your child under any circumstance. both of my kiddos go here and we’ve had great experiences. we’ve seen just about every provider but Kimberly is the best. very knowledgeable and has a comforting present that you can’t just find anywhere. their hours make it very easy to schedule appointments since they’re open Saturdays. i’ve had to make two last minute appointments and they’ve always been able to squeeze me in. front desk staff is kind and don’t seem like they hate their lives like most front desk staff seem to. we love it here and will be attending for ye... read more
Scheduling is quick and easy! Friendly front staff and wonderful nurses and dr. We’ve been seeing Sarah and she is the sweetest.
