Extremely rude and try to scam all the time. Keep asking for money in cash even if you have insurance. They lie about eligibility as well. Be aware.

Extremely rude! Hung up the phone on me while I was asking questions on why I couldn’t receive certain documents. The absolute worst customer service I ever experienced over the phone. Don’t waste your time. ( Blair Crew )
