This is a well - run office with people who take care of you. They fixed my bent frames, and then offered to replace my scratched lenses. It's refreshing to have that kind of care given. I give an A+ for customer relations.
The staff is friendly and helpful. They run on time for appointments. The doctor took as much time as needed to answer all my questions. And the person who does the frames even searched online to match my old frame (which I love) even though they didn’t have it in their inventory. I highly recommend Healthy Eyes Optometry, EDH!
I’ve been coming here for the last few years and very happy with each experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help with picking out the right lens. The doctor is very pleasant and provides ample time for questions and concerns.
