Dr. Dae is amazing,. I developed frozen shoulder in early 2023, and went to several doctors, including an orthopedic doctor, to figure out what was going on. Both doctors said something to the effect “we don’t know.” I had the chance to talk to Dr. Dae, and she shared with me that frozen shoulder can be a symptom of perimenopause. What a revelation! Thank you, Dr. Dae.
I have struggled with pre-diabetes, high cholesterol, insulin resistance, weight gain, and perimenopause issues for the last 3 years. My regular GP continued to tell me to "eat better and get more exercise" but never got to the root of the problem.
