Unfortunately they do not take your mental health seriously. I couldn't even get into my 1st appointment because I had to re-register (which is 10 minutes of paperwork that's required with EVERY visit) & then my therapist was late. When I inquired with the receptionist (SHE IS A PILLAR OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT & THE ONLY REASON I WAS WILLING TO TRY WITH A DIFFERENT THERAPIST) how late patients are allowed to be before being considered a 'no show,' (15 minutes), the therapist came into the reception room & started getting condes... read more
The questionnaire took 30 minutes to fill out, even then I was rushing through it (Miss Woody later even made a comment that the questionnaire was practically a book). after finally finishing paperwork, they were getting ready to call me back but I could hear Miss Woody "whispering" about me behind the counter that my appointment was 30 minutes earlier and it seemed like they were going to make me reschedule but the lady at the front desk advocated for me, mentioning the paperwork. once I finally got into the room, Miss Wood... read more
