I literally never write reviews but this is definitely warranted. I have been going to Healthy Connections for the last 5 years, seeing Dr. Ward for my ADHD medication, contraceptive care and general health. I absolutely love Dr.Ward and her level of care. She truly listens and that is quite rare to find. However, the scheduling communications outreach system is egregious. Absolutely terrible. If you are pregnant and coming to see Dr Worley - make sure to check if she is back working at NPMC because we were told at 36 weeks she couldn't deliver the baby because she no longer works at NPMC basically - found out from other people after my baby was born that it's been a while since she has but keeps taking new clients just to tell them at 36 weeks. Aside from that - I loved her. She is very fun and personable. Getting in touch with the office can be a bit of a chore but everyone is friendly. But I dont think its righ... read more
Dr. Leslie Ward is excellent and a pleasure to work with. I've had some health issues and her advice and follow-up care is much more than I expected. I highly recommend her!
The staff in the front was great. My doctor was Dr. Worley and at first everything went great. I understand locations like these are busy so on my first appointment I got there 30 min early. I waited 30 minutes after my actual appointment time and finally was seen. (So an hour of waiting) I was rushed through because of them getting me late.
