Sue is a complete embarrassment. I have been trying to book a cleaning with healthy clean for WEEKS. I’ve left voicemails, I sent an email. Then after having to followup again on booking sue sends an apologetic email that I’m Not in their service are. Which is funny because my address is 10 miles from their office. I would not recommend this provider to anyone and suggest they retrain their staff on how to do business
We had them for 8 years and finally let them go because the quality of their service went downhill. The first time we cleaned the house ourselves we realized how poorly they had been cleaning our house. Grime was built up in the bathroom, dust accumulated on the top of the kitchen cabinets, etc. So glad we are saving our money
Always a basket full of excuses and mediocre cleaning that requires constant oversight. Their employee turnover is incredibly high, which is concerning, and significantly contributes to inconsistent results week after week. After ~9 months of patiently tolerating a multitude of issues including an argumentative and disrespectful cleaning crew team leader “cctl”, I requested the cctl leave my home during a final cleaning and terminated the company. Not happy at all. Set up an urgent intensive clean to help us get the best appraisal for a refinance. They were very helpful, very nice and "guaranteed" their prices and quality. Then, with less than 24 hours before they were due, they cancelled. Why? Because they were "closing the office due to illness". They said over 6 cleaning crew members were out sick with a virus in the office. Healthy? Obviously not. Reliable, also obviously not. I've had Healthy Clean clean my house several times. I like that they use all green non-harmful products and when I asked about it I found out they are approved even for people who are very sick. They have done a great job. One time the company even sent someone out a second time to fix something based on a quality control audit they did (before I got home). I've had varied results from every cleaning company I've used in the past but so far I'm impressed with this one!
