I almost fell walking from the parking lot to the building. This place needs a back entrance. Very dangerous for seniors and those with mobility issues, especially in winter. i was told to park on the street, but there was too much snow piled up. i noticed an exit sign to the back but was not allowed to use it. No reflection on Healthwise Diagnostics. Very pleasant and professional staff.

My 89-year old disabled mom required both a regular and doppler ultrasound of her lower body, a fairly long procedure (~1.5 hrs). As her primary caregiver, I also needed an ultrasound of my feet done. And so when I booked I asked if we could get both our exams done at the same time. They were happy to accommodate. They have a number of technicians on staff, several exams rooms, and all the equipment required to serve their customers. I am so busy these days, and I really appreciated the time saved. My 89 year old disabled mother required a longer ultrasound (1.5 hrs) of both legs, both venous and arterial. And so when I booked the appointment I specifically asked for a time when the Clinic could do the entire exam all at one time. I am sole caregiver, I live a fair distance away, and I lose most of the day for every appointment she has. Appointments are also very disrupting for her.
