I went here yesterday. The terrible reviews are accurate. This place lacks compassion and empathy. Pretty important traits for a mental health worker. During the session, I mentioned feeling concern for the people experiencing homelessness outside your building and said I wished I had money to help them. The counselor responded: “they will just use the money for drugs or alcohol,” and suggested that even her children agreed. She explicitly said her children were “smart” for thinking that way. If I could give this place one star I would. The employees there have absolutely no customer service. On top of that I was at Wesco where an elderly lady was walking in and this lady cut in front of her telling her to “move”. I think if you’re going to represent your business outside of work you need to not be so in Hurry and be a lot more curtious.

tried to call for new patient got rude woman saying hello loudly and said speak up who are you calling for?, was a new patient... so cant help you incredibly unprofessional

I called and was upset by what Margie said. She told me I was depressed and that I needed to speak to my doctor. She had no right to tell me this. I suffer from anxiety not depression. I needed support. She would have handled it better by not to give me a diagnosis! She is not a doctor. People call to get support and empathy. I know enough to contact my doctor. I hope this gets addressed so no one else has to experience this!
