Because I have not left my home in almost two years, I set up an account with HealthWarehouse.com and gave my payment method in signup. Without any orders, my Credit card is charged from CA. three times (and declined) and got marked as fraud. Once again, my card in use via the internet get hit with fraud. I have checked everywhere there may have been an order placed and also confirmed with our accounting department, we have not made any charges to your card during the time started. We do not bill out of CA. We are located in the state of Kentucky. We had a wonderful customer service helper. We have struggled with your service in the past but this young lady who helped us was great.
Healthwarehouse delivered again! I told my primary care physician that I needed refills, but she forgot to sent in the request. So, when I reordered, Healthwarehouse employees had to contact her. There was no delay in getting my refills. I also recently purchased some non-prescription items from them. Their prices are very competitive with other retailers. I am a very satisfied long time customer.
Healthwarehouse is a viable low cost source for prescriptions, but the processing time is unreasonably long. Do not expect the 1-5 days they claim. For example I have a script for a horse and they are going on 13 days to refill an existing script after paid for. I've called daily and explained the hardship and the need to ship ASAP and only received empty promises. I am a new customer, and I was impressed with my experience. The customer service rep made me feel welcome and made ordering my meds very easy. The price was still reasonable and it came fairly quickly. Looking forward to continuing business with Healthwarehouse.
Everyone I spoke with was very nice and professional. This was my first order with a new prescription. It took a little longer than I hoped, I'm sure refills will be faster.
Always fill my orders promptly and have fast delivery. I feel confident after my easy on line order, that was prescriptions will be in my mailbox very soon.
