This company's communication and customer service are severely lacking. They try to trick you into paying extra for shipping and overpriced medications. They delay order processing for 5 days, and then add a 2-8 day shipping timeline. But here's the kicker-they claim you can get your medication overnight without additional holds for $25.00. It's a claim that's too good to be true, and it's best to steer clear of their service.
Received exactly what was ordered on a timely basis. Healthwarehouse.com confirmed the order, advised when shipping was completed, and advised when to expect delivery. We have ordered from Healthwarehouse.com in the past and have always found them very trustworthy, with fair pricing, and good customer service..

They sent a notification that my prescription was processing. Apparently it wasnt. I called 5 days later and it was then that they said that it was out of stock. What?? My prescription was processing?? I need my medicine and now it will shop next week. Maybe. Terrible customer service if you actually need your prescription.They dont know how to email or call their customers. Just leave them hanging. Awful.
Ordering refill medication is quick and easy, either online or on the phone. You can even have the delivery expedited.
Very good experience. Everything was delivered as promised in a very timely manner.
The only thing I don't like is the hhuge pillbottles they use for my tiny pills.
I started using Health Warehouse because I recently lost my insurance and I was looking for a more cost-effective way to get my meds. After sending the request to the Drs office two weeks prior. In the meantime Health Warehouse had to cancel my order. So I had to reach back out to the Drs office because I was out at this point. They sent over the script. I called Health Warehouse back and explained. They were on it right away! I got my script two days later.
all good...the only thing i dont like is the big bottles they come in. they could be way smaller ; )
