I recently ordered a refill of a prescription for our cat. It was handled quickly and accurately. However, I never get an email to notify me that is had shipped and to provide tracking info, which is annoying.

The first associate I dealt with spelled my name wrong, which you can imagine caused the process to be delayed. But I kept close tabs on my order and managed to correct the error. So you have to monitor your order. Very nice people on the phone.
