I ordered this a couple of weeks before leaving for Europe thinking i would have no problem getting my prescription. Unfortunately as I was tracking it a couple weeks into the process, the order was in a middle stage of processing and would never reach me in time. Now that I am one week into a trip to Italy, I am just about out of meds that must be sitting in my mailbox. Not sure why this took so long since it is the same prescription you guys have been filling for me for years.

This was a very easy process. Once I found the name brand medication that I need, my doctor's office sent the prescription, and then I placed the order, and delivery was within a reasonable amount of time. I have sent a copy of the invoice, and filled out the form, and have sent it to my insurance company. I really doubt they will agree to pay for any of it. I'm thankful that I found Health Warehouse.
Healthwarehouse does a much better job of keeping me informed about the status of my prescription orders than what my drug plan does. Very happy with their site and service. Their reminders are important to me.
