I was very disappointed with the customer service I received with my order. My order was placed on April 13 and approved by my doctor on April 1`4. I heard nothing from Health Warehouse until an email arrived on April 19 stating that they just received my order. I contacted Health Warehouse on April 20 to check the status of my order and my concerns that it took 6 days from the time I sent the order and 5 days from the time my doctor approved it for the order to even be placed. This was my first experience using HealthWarehouse. It worked perfectly. When I needed to speak to a rep, my questions were answered. My medication arrived on time... AND, it saved me a considerable amount of money. I’d recommend HealthWareHouse to everyone.
Easy to work with. Some actual person answers the phone and actually helps you. Imagine that! Orders are always on time and costs are exactly what they said, which is a lot, lot, lot, lot lower than others. Kudos to Health Warehouse.com.
I really like dealing with Health Warehouse and I hope they don't change. Their prescription prices are at least half sometimes a third of my prescriptions through ************. I have been so impressed with their good shipping and good prices that I canceled my prescription coverage through ************. I would definitely recommend this company.
Healthwarehouse.com is excellent! My Rx insurance did not cover my name brand med in 2021. The generic option did not offer my prescribed mg over OTC. Healthwarehouse.com solved all my concerns!! The generic, in much needed mg, was available. Website is easy. Account set-up is fast. Refills are automatically sent to me. No worries, peace of mind!!!
