Total incompetence. They fail at every step of the way. Question and harass the prescribing veterinarian, the customer, and mess up the order even after multiple calls. The few dollars you save in their pricing, does not justify the extra time (hours) to correct their ineptitude. I will be filing formal complaints against their pharmacy license and the individual pharmacist directly. Easy to order, pretty quick to receive and got more vitamins for my money than other websites.
I have had to contact my vet 3 times to deal with the inadequate response to my request for eye ointment for my dog and have still not received the quantity approved by the vet. It looks pretty hopeless and I have given up.
