Friendly to military members. Scott gave me and my guys a free pass while we were in town for a couple of days executing our mission. Really appreciated it! Plenty of cardio and strength training machines available for use depending on your work out regiment. The only down side is there isn’t a dry sauna (at least for males), only a steam room.
The equipment to run down
Our experience with the swim school has been unbelievable! The instructors are so kind and loving. Ms. Zoe always makes my family and my son with special needs feel included and supported. One of my daughters is shy and nervous and they have allowed me to go in the pool to keep her comfortable and happy. They’re patient and warm. They bend over backwards to make families feel good!
This is the dirtiest gym I have ever been to. Just walking into the locker room will have you feeling like you need a shower. Though the 70s shower set up with Home Depot fence panels is just as gross.
Wonderful options for the price point and convenient location, they have everything I need and more! I just plan my pool time around lessons and I’m good to go, no sweat off my back (except when I’m working out 😜😊). Staff is especially lovely, and would definitely recommend to others
