Our experience with the swim school has been unbelievable! The instructors are so kind and loving. Ms. Zoe always makes my family and my son with special needs feel included and supported. One of my daughters is shy and nervous and they have allowed me to go in the pool to keep her comfortable and happy. They’re patient and warm. They bend over backwards to make families feel good!
This is the dirtiest gym I have ever been to. Just walking into the locker room will have you feeling like you need a shower. Though the 70s shower set up with Home Depot fence panels is just as gross.
Wonderful options for the price point and convenient location, they have everything I need and more! I just plan my pool time around lessons and I’m good to go, no sweat off my back (except when I’m working out 😜😊). Staff is especially lovely, and would definitely recommend to others
The staff is very nice, and the trainers are skilled and caring. But those are individuals; the gym itself is far below standards. There are quite a few machines, particularly in cardio, that are broken down. The same treadmills have either been “under maintenance” or have been “fixed,” only for them to break down in a week or two. Rowing and stair climbers seem to break down often as of late. Always issues with the steam room and whirlpool. Do not use the pool. There are many territorial people that do not like kids. We specifically joined for the pool and steam rooms. I had 2 separate issues at the pool area. One with a member of the swim instructors and one with another patron. Both were concerning my 7 year old daughter with using a team floaty and getting chased down by the instructor and thr other was a patron from water aerobics telling my daughter not to splash her because she didn't want to get her hair w... read more
