I would recommend trying to find another medical company to take care of my health rather than trusting this place. They care more about the money than the patient. They will turn a blind eye at the rude and unprofessional behaviors of the staff they employ because it's apparently easier to find a new patient than to find employees that care about their patients.
I saw Dr. Bonnie Vick about 4 years ago. Needed an ENT referral. Said she would do so but forgot. I waited a month and nothing. I called and they wanted me to wait another month. My ears were plugged with wax and I could not hear. I live alone. I quit going. Now, four years later wanted to see an Osteopath, Jeremy Wentmore, but he won't see me because of what happened 4 years ago. Don't waste your time with these incompetent idiots. Find someone else. They are simply not worth your time or effort.
