Our By the Bay club is conveniently located on First Street in Old Town Eureka. Here we offer a variety of exercise classes and Personal Training. All members have access to Yoga, Pilates Mat, & Conditioning classes. Through HSPFit Team Training members enjoy unlimited TRX & HIIT sessions. I train with Janice Barron. Janice has been part of my team helping me to loose 98 pounds without surgery, pills or shots. Always ready to take me to the next level but recognizing we needed to start slow. AMAZING!

HealthSPORT is by far the best Health Club in Humboldt! The people who work their make it a personal experience and a safe place for all to pursue Health and Fitness. The community of members is great too! The Personal and Group training have helped me and many others achieve our unique goals; and equipped me with the knowledge to work out independently too.
