Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes

Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Would you recommend this chiropractor to others? I Already Have Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Has this chiropractor ever misdiagnosed you? No, they are always spot-on

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No

Did you experience excessive stiffness after visiting this chiropractor? Definitely not! I felt fantastic when I left! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Were you able to relax during your appointment? Not really, I was a little uneasy Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Yes, I was left alone too long Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
